We specialise in the precision machining of high-performance plastics, including PTFE, PEEK, PFA, FEP and Nylons.
Using our state-of-the-art manufacturing facilities including multi-axis CNC milling, turning, and sliding head machines, we have the ability to offer a full service tailored to meet specific customer requirements.
Using the latest technologies, we precision machine fluoropolymer and other high-performance materials including Nickel Alloys, Titanium, Stainless Steel, Aluminium Alloys, Inconel, and other Superalloys into complex components for use throughout many markets.
Using our proprietary in-house manufacturing process, we are able to produce low-stress PTFE rods in lengths up to 2000 mm (78”), specifically designed for high-precision machining within exceptionally tight tolerance bands. This capability is unique to Fluorocarbon, with no other manufacturer worldwide able to offer the same combination of length, stability, and precision.
In addition, our extensive experience in turning and milling offers precision machining to tight tolerances. Producing high-quality parts with extreme accuracy, tailored to individual customer requirements.
