We have a wide range of PFA coating products to suit your application, PFA can be applied as a thin film or high build coating depending on your project requirements.
The key advantage of PFA is its melt processability. This means that when cured, the constituents flow into one another, therefore the level of porosity at the surface of the cured coating is significantly reduced.
This makes PFA almost impervious to all forms of Chemical attack, even at elevated temperatures up to 260˚C/500˚F.
PFA coatings can be built up significantly thicker than some other fluoropolymers – up to 1mm/1,000 microns being achievable.
