Ceramic, a PFAS-free alternative, by nature is an excellent conductor of heat.
The F-LON® 9000 range is predominantly inorganic coating with a backbone comprising the elements silicon (Si) and oxygen (O), it has excellent non-stick and superior abrasion resistance at high temperatures.
It also exhibits a high level of hardness, heat dissipation, and is capable of corrosion & chemical resistance.
The newest product in our range is F-LON® 9000 which is cutting-edge technology, based on a Sol-Gel process resulting in coatings with the following characteristics.
- PTFE-free
- PFAS- free: Zero PFOA / APFO / C8 (or analogues thereof)
- Highly temperature resistant (up to 450°C) and possibly beyond
- Extremely hard (up to 9H)
