Polyphenylene sulphide (PPS) is an organic polymer consisting of aromatic rings linked by sulphides.
PPS is a partially crystalline, high-temperature performance polymer that has a high melting point of approximately 280°C, strong chemical resistance and is inherently flame retardant.
It has self-extinguishing properties without the addition of any flame-retardant chemical additives.
It is known to exhibit a great number of beneficial properties, including resistance to heat, acids, alkalies, mildew, bleaches, ageing, sunlight, and abrasion. It’s dye-resistant and absorbs only small amounts of solvent.

DESCRIPTION- VIRGIN PPS (POLYPHENYLENE SULPHIDE)
PPS compounds can be modified with different fillers to provide application-specific solutions. Its easy blend-ability can lead to a vast range of compounds.
It can be easily processed and is usually chosen as an alternative to metals, making PPS an ideal choice of material to produce complex parts with very tight tolerances.
