Polyetherimide

Polyetherimides or PEI were developed to overcome challenges associated with polyimides as this polymer family is not readily melt processable, and finished parts tend to be expensive.

PEI is an amorphous engineering thermoplastic with amber transparency.

Characterised by a combination of high temperature resistance, outstanding mechanical and electrical properties.
