Adding Fluorocarbon to your approved supplier list is a structured process. Here is what you can expect at each stage and what we provide to support your internal qualification requirements.
Where a material substitution or engineering change is required, whether driven by obsolescence, supply chain risk, or design update, we manage the qualification process end-to-end: material evaluation, equivalency testing, customer-led validation, and FAIR re-approval. No quality escapes, no undocumented changes.
We provide a complete supplier qualification pack on request, including AS9100 certificate and scope, quality manual summary, key QMS process flows, approval certificates, and examples of our standard documentation outputs. We welcome customer source inspection and remote or on-site audits at any stage. Our QMS, process records, and manufacturing documentation are maintained in a permanently audit-ready state.
First articles are produced and inspected against all drawing requirements before production release. FAIR documentation is issued in the customer's preferred format, customer-specific template, or agreed alternative. Production is not released until FAIR is accepted.
We provide OTD performance data, quality escape rates, and CAPA closure metrics in whatever format your supplier scorecard requires. If your programme uses a formal supplier performance review process, we participate actively, not reactively.
