Firstly, we would like to say a big thank you to everyone who participated in our Customer Satisfaction Survey.  There was a large increase in the number of completed surveys received and this is fantastic.  We are always looking to improve our service to our customers and the survey plays a big part in us understanding our customer's needs and requirements.
